The search for gainful employment can be daunting to say the least. Luckily, there are a number of online resources specifically designed to help you through the entire job search process. Though there is a plethora of job search sites online, finding a job listing is not the only part of the process. There are just as many websites that feature resume and interview tips and resources.

You should probably polish up your resume before you dive into the job search itself. A good place to start is Free Resume Tips. This site includes 60 free resume workshops, industry specific resume building tips, and so on.

For a professional resume service, try "Resumes To Go" at Resume Service.net. Here, you can get a custom resume personally prepared for you by a California State Licensed Professional Counselor. Resume packages include the basic, deluxe, and executive resume packages. Service prices start for under $100 to just over $200, depending on the resume package.

Resume Results claim they can help you "move into a better job faster." Their Resume Upgrade Plan is a 16-point tune-up of your resume by "resume professionals."  The Resume Upgrade Plan is $99 and 100% guaranteed if you are not completely satisfied.

Now that you've created or fine-tuned your resume, it's time to start looking for jobs. You'll find that Headhunter.net is a great place to start. Here, job seekers can search through more than 160,000 job listings or post their resumes for perspective employers. The Headhunter.net job search is customizable using keywords, job characteristics, education, and salary requirements. These features help to narrow your search.

Another excellent resource is Monster.com. Monster allows job searches by location and category. Employers can post jobs as well. You can peruse job resources, post your resume, research companies, and so on-a great resource.

What better place to look online for jobs than a site called Jobs.com? Jobs.com also offers job searching for employment seekers and job posting for employers, as well as resume posting and student job searches. Jobs.com goes the extra mile and offers their own award winning resume creation software Resumail. This program not only professionally lays out your resume, but helps assure that your resume will e-mail in the correct layout and format.
Once you've found a job and sent your resume, the hard part begins if an employer shows interest and wants to interview you. Now you have to live up to that great resume you created online! You'll find that most of the best online resources will offer their own tips for interviews and the like, or at least point you in the right direction.

So, don't let that supervisor boss you around! If you don't like it, go get a new job!
